| I am not aware of any but might I recommend you do a search at www.securityfocus.com on the Bugtraq mailing list. I see several posts regarding the issue. With a bit of research you could probably easily put together a paper yourself. I would be happy to provide a link from sqlsecurity.com if you get it together or find another resource.
