SharePoint system/extended sp requirements |

Does anyone know if there is a list of any system or extended sp's required by SharePoint Portal 2003? The post-install checklist in Appendix D of SQL Server Security has a long list of sp's to restrict to system admin access only. I'd like to lock my SharePoint system down as much as possible, but I don't want to break anything.
